The low-prep option. Each monthly set includes a month of paper-and-pencil activities, ready to print whenever the calendar needs filling.

Every book holds 100 puzzles. You’ll review and approve a draft first, and once it’s approved and paid, we print and ship the books to your community.

Puzzle Books at Facility Pricing

Every title in our large print puzzle book catalog is available to senior living communities at facility pricing.
  • Books are $10 each for facilities and organizations, with a 10-book minimum. Retail is $11.99 to $14.99.
  • Mix titles, difficulty levels, and sudoku or word search in one order.
  • Print sizes include 24-point Large Print Sudoku, up to 40-point Big Font Sudoku, 20-point Large Print Word Search and up to 30-point Jumbo Word Search.
  • Take orders from your residents and place one bulk order. The books arrive together, and your team hands them out.
  • Please allow three to four weeks for delivery. Books ship directly to your community in one shipment.
  • We invoice directly and accept purchase orders. A W-9 is available for your accounting department on request.

Can we print multiple copies of the Monthly Puzzle Pack?

Yes. Your facility can print as many copies as your residents need, as often as you like, at the licensed location.

Can one Monthly Puzzle Pack license be used at more than one facility?

No. Each Monthly Puzzle Pack is licensed to one facility or location, so please don’t share the files with other communities. If your organization has several locations, we’d be glad to talk about licensing them together.

How long do posters take to arrive?

Posters are printed to order, so please allow about two weeks from order to delivery.

How is a custom book priced?

Design and setup starts at $99, and the books themselves are priced separately based on quantity. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll send a quote. You approve a draft first, and we print once it’s approved and paid.

How does facility pricing work for your regular books?

Our regular books are $10 each for facilities, with a 10-book minimum. You can mix titles, difficulty levels and puzzle types in one order, and everything ships to your community together. We invoice directly, accept purchase orders, and can provide a W-9.

Do the puzzles come with answer keys?

Yes. Monthly Puzzle Packs and our printed books include answer keys for every puzzle. Group posters come with the answer key as a separate file, so your staff can keep it until the month is over.

How do we choose a print size?

Our books include 24-point Large Print Sudoku, up to 40-point Big Font Sudoku, 20-point Large Print Word Search and up to 30-point Jumbo Word Search. Monthly Puzzle Packs come in Large Print or Jumbo, chosen when you sign up. If you’re ordering for a whole floor, a mix often works well.
